SUPER SMOOTHIES: The yummiest way to take your supplements!

Do you ever struggle to get all of your supplements down? With green powders, collagen powder, liquid mushrooms, liposomal vitamin C, liquid fish oil & the list goes on! 

 

Often it will get to 5pm and I haven't yet taken my daily supplements & I know i'm running out of time! If you feel the same way, I have one word for you, SMOOTHIES! Its an easy and delicious way to get in some of those amazing superfoods & supplements! 

 

Below I will outline for you some delicious ways I get all of mine in without feeling overwhelmed. 

 

Healthy Pina-Colada!

 

You need:

1 cup of coconut water

1 cup of fresh Pineapple 

1-2 leaves of fresh Kale (massage the kale in your hands first to soften it)

1 serving of Good Green Stuff powder (by Nuzest)

1 serving of Nutraorganics Unflavoured Beauty Collagen 

1 serving of Lifecykle Mushroom drops

Optional: Ginger (fresh or powdered) 

 

Method: Pop all of your ingredients, along with a few ice cubes into a blender & wiz until smooth. 

Enjoy 

 

Vanilla dream:

 

You need:

1 cup of coconut milk

1 serving of Vanilla Clean Lean Protein (by Nuzest)

1 serving of Nutraorganics Unflavoured Beauty Collagen 

1 serving of Lifecykle Mushroom drops

2 organic Dates

 

Method: Pop all of your ingredients, along with a few ice cubes into a blender & wiz until smooth. 

Enjoy  

 

Choc-nana

 

You need:

1 frozen banana 

1 serving of Nutraorganics Unflavoured Beauty Collagen 

1 serving of Vanilla Clean Lean Protein (by Nuzest)

1 cup of almond milk

1 teaspoon of Organic Cacao powder

1 serving of Lifecykle Mushroom drops

Optional: 1 teaspoon of organic honey 

 

Method: Pop all of your ingredients into a blender & wiz until smooth. 

Enjoy 

 

Peanut Butter Jelly

 

You need:

1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries 

1 cup of coconut milk 

1 Tablespoon of flaxseeds 

1 serving of Vanilla Clean Lean Protein (by Nuzest)

1 serving of Nutraorganics Unflavoured Beauty Collagen

1 serving of Lifecykle Mushroom drops

1-2 organic dates 

 

Method: Pop all of your ingredients, along with a few ice cubes into a blender & wiz until smooth. 

Enjoy 

 

Iced Almond-Coffee 

 

You need:

1 frozen banana 

1 teaspoon of almond butter

1 cup of cashew milk 

2-3 organic dates 

1 serving of Vanilla Clean Lean Protein (by Nuzest)

1 serving of Nutraorganics unflavoured Beauty Collagen

1 shot of coffee (can be decaf)  

1 serving of Lifecykle Mushroom drops

 

Method: Pop all of your ingredients, along with a few ice cubes into a blender & wiz until smooth. 

Enjoy 

 

I usually drink my smoothie & leave around an inch in the bottom of the glass. I then add in any supplements that weren't a part of the smoothie. E.g Liposomal C, Mushroom Extract, Greens Powder, Fish Oil Liquid etc. This saves me having extra juice & I can get in the missing supplements easily!
